Job Description
- Prepare all office papers and documents needed for the sales team.
- Prepare offers and tender documents.
- Coordinate between the sales team and other departments ( supply chain- finance- admin).
- Follow up and ensure the invoices issuing and delivery schedule with the supply chain.
- Visit the private hospitals purchase and finance department for follow up our orders and our collection.
- Visit our (company) warehouses for follow up the samples preparation and for the urgent delivery.
Job Requirements
- Office automation tools skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Very strong EXCEL capabilities.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Maximum age 27 years old.
