Job Description

  • Prepare all office papers and documents needed for the sales team.
  • Prepare offers and tender documents.
  • Coordinate between the sales team and other departments ( supply chain- finance- admin).
  • Follow up and ensure the invoices issuing and delivery schedule with the supply chain.
  • Visit the private hospitals purchase and finance department for follow up our orders and our collection.
  • Visit our (company) warehouses for follow up the samples preparation and for the urgent delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Office automation tools skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Very strong EXCEL capabilities.
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Maximum age 27 years old.
