Job Description
- Prepare budget forecasts for the brands taking into consideration all factors.
- Coordinate and follow up closely with the Store Managers to ensure fulfillment of the budget.
- Direct the team in setting the targets for their brands according to specific criteria.
- Responsible for setting up and opening 8 out of the 20 existing VS Stores Worldwide.
- Hire, train, coach and coordinate a staff of 100.
- Ensure all brands are communicating with their team using the KPIs.
- Ensure proper stock analysis on weekly basis and guiding Store Managers in making decisions for promotions, transfers, and queuing of models using specific reports.
- Plan and organizes events and prepare promotions as well as coordinate with the Marketing department and the suppliers to facilitate sales of the brand. Oversee the coordination of sales promotion activities and pricing of merchandise.
- Conduct and analyze market research in order to determine and monitor competitiveness while identifying and seizing profitable commercial opportunities.
- Assess market dynamics and trends and seeks opportunities for market growth and customer’s satisfaction.
- Manage and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
- Manage stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
- Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
- Analyze and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
- Use information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
- Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
- Resolve health and safety, legal and security issues.
- Respond to customer complaints and comments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum five years' experience in retail fashion is a must.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the same position is a must.
