Job Description
- To maintain HR different functions. Independently in some of it and in collaboration with HR Director/Team in others.
- To maintain employee's benefits/services to keep high level of operations smooth flow and also employees redress.
- Collect and screen resumes and provide short list of approved candidates to Line Managers for interviews scheduling.
- Communicate with different recruitment channels as job market, REC sites & agencies to post the job ADs.
- Establish the most effective systems and channels of internal communication to facilitate timely and relevant information exchange between the company and its employees.-Figure out new ideas to ensure the highest employee engagement through our service.
