Job Description
- Arranging appointments with clients, which may include per-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling
- Making presentations to clients
- Organizing conferences Clients
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with Clients and supporting administrative staff
- Managing budgets (for catering, outside speakers, conferences, etc.)
- Keeping detailed records of all contacts
- Keeping up to date with the latest data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with professionals during presentations
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products
- Maintaining knowledge of new developments in the Chemical Industry
- Anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly
- Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the Chemical sector
Job Requirements
- Alexandria Residents
- Bachelor degree of Science
- 2-3 years of experience in the same field
- Very Good English Language
- Presentable
- High Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
