Our company is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Specialist to join our team and oversee our inter-store inventory management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the movement of goods between our stores and ensuring that products are available at the right time and in the right place. The Logistics Specialist will work closely with our Inventory managers and Logistics team to ensure that our inter-store inventory operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the movement of goods between our stores, including transfers, returns, and relocations
• Collaborate with store managers and purchasing teams to forecast inventory needs and maintain optimal inventory levels across all stores
• Develop and maintain relationships with shipping partners and carriers to ensure on-time delivery of goods
• Analyze inventory data and provide recommendations for process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain inventory reports to track inter-store inventory levels, turnover, and other key metrics
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the movement of goods, including safety and security protocols
