Role Description
We are seeking a Certified Real Estate Appraiser with a minimum valuation license of Category C or higher to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Manama. The appraiser will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive property appraisals.
- Analyzing real estate market trends.
- Preparing detailed valuation reports, and offering expert guidance on property valuation.
This role plays a key part in supporting our clients with reliable and data-driven property assessments.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Certified Real Estate Appraiser with a Category C license or higher (RERA-certified preferred).
- Strong expertise in property appraisal and real estate evaluation.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and valuation methodologies.
- Proven experience in preparing accurate and detailed appraisal reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure precise property assessments.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in valuation calculations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in valuation software and financial modeling tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
