Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve the company’s revenue goals.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with individuals and companies wishing to sell their units. - The sales Director will work closely with the marketing teams to ensure the successful implementation of company goals.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
Monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing regular reports for senior management. - Developing a training plane for the marketing team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree ( Computer engineering, Computer science, Business Information, or any related specialization is preferred).
- A talented person with Software, IT and different Solutions selling skills.
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Ability to manage effective time planned targets.
- Strong Command of English.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Previous Experience in solutions sales is a must.
