Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Sutherland's location in New Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

 

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English is a MUST! (B2/C1)
  • No previous experience is required!
  • Fresh Grads, Undergrads with no attendance, Dropouts can APPLY!
