Job Description
- Receiving the couriers/Customers issues through our support channel: Live chat “ Intercom ” then solving them.
- Tracking orders and calling the pending orders’ beneficiaries to solve any pending issue related to the orders.
- Stores content uploading and quality control over the stores’ profiles.
- Maintain open line of communication with couriers so that we are aware of the status of our service
- Suggest enhancements and improvements to training modules and rider communication to address knowledge gaps and weaknesses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 25 years old max.
- 1+ experience “ Live chat - logistics - delivery follow up ”
- Able to work alternate shifts “ Rotational Shifts ”.
- Intermediate English level.
- Very Good in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Males and Females.
