GtaOtel is a fast moving company in the travel industry, in two business lines: 

GtaOtel is a B2B & B2C platform for hotel reservations & leisure tourism.

As we continue to grow and diversify our offerings, we are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in the tourism or hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will lead and optimize our marketing strategies across these unique business lines.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for GtaOtel DMC, B2B platform Hotel Bank, and B2C brand, aligning with the specific goals and target audiences of each business line.
  • Provide leadership to the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across diverse business segments.
  • Oversee content creation, social media management, and SEO strategies for enhanced visibility in each market.
  • Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for each business line, regularly monitoring and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Allocate and manage advertising budgets for each business line, considering industry benchmarks, business goals, and seasonal factors.
  • Analyze market trends and competition, providing strategic recommendations for maintaining a competitive share of voice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified CRM system implementation and effective customer relationship management.
  • Regularly assess and adjust marketing activities based on performance metrics and evolving business priorities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing Specialist role within the tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate marketing efforts across diverse business lines.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies for multiple brands or business units.
  • Excellent understanding of content marketing, social media, SEO, and advertising best practices.
  • Experience with budget management and allocation, with a focus on optimizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on real-time data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
