Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Media Buyer & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms. A strong understanding of the retail landscape and digital consumer behaviour is essential. The role also involves content planning and basic graphic design to create high-performing ad visuals that align with our brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and adjustments to maximize ROAS.
• Create visual assets for ad campaigns using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with marketing team to maintain brand consistency across campaigns.
• Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and emerging advertising tools.
• Assist in content planning and development when needed.
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience in media buying and digital advertising.
• Experience in retail marketing and online product promotion is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM strategies.
• Solid graphic design skills with experience in design software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and act on insights.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English — both written and spoken.
