Job Description
- Receive customer requests, investigate missing data, and record it to our system.
- Implementing the purchase process according to approved purchase orders according to the required specifications.
- Carry out negotiations and purchasing operations in an effective manner in terms of price, quality and delivery dates.
- Follow up on suppliers’ accounts to maintain the purchasing department’s relationship with suppliers.
- Constantly searching for new suppliers of raw materials used in manufacturing or operation.
- Follow up on requirements and submit reports on purchases and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Ability to build strong and long-term relationships with senior executives.
- Strong technical background or hands-on experience in spare parts, machinery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
