Job Description

  • Receive customer requests, investigate missing data, and record it to our system. 
  • Implementing the purchase process according to approved purchase orders according to the required specifications.
  • Carry out negotiations and purchasing operations in an effective manner in terms of price, quality and delivery dates.
  • Follow up on suppliers’ accounts to maintain the purchasing department’s relationship with suppliers.
  • Constantly searching for new suppliers of raw materials used in manufacturing or operation.
  • Follow up on requirements and submit reports on purchases and requirements.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Ability to build strong and long-term relationships with senior executives.
  • Strong technical background or hands-on experience in spare parts, machinery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
