Job Description
Caduceus Lane is looking for a specialized Corporate Lawyer with a strong background in a variety of areas. Corporate law experience with the knowledge and general experience in business and the corporation’s industry. Possession of administrative, writing, managerial, negotiating skills and, interpersonal skills to serve as an in-house counsel and handle all complex legal matters and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise our company on legal rights and duties, as well as all legal strategies
Duties & Responsibilities
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)
- Provide legal guidance and Develop company policy and position on legal issues
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
- Guiding managers on regulatory and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Structure, draft, and review reports and other legal documents
- Represent the company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials, etc.)
- Draft and administer all contracts and all legal documents
- Analyzing legal issues and structuring joint enterprises with other organizations
- Responsible for internal investigations and any other related issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law with a valid license to practice law
- Proven background in corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, intellectual property rights, and licensing)
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and policies governing information provision
- Demonstrated professional and ethical behavior.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills in various legal areas
