Job Description

  • Work remote from anywhere inside Egypt.
  • Acting as a single point of contact supporting IR consumer customers.
  • Maintaining the customer experience and providing the best image to the company.


  • One month Training (Paid) and Work from home.
  • Morning shifts (Last shift ends at 09:00 PM).
  • Laptop/PC provided with internet allowance.
  • VPN allowance.
  • Social & Medical insurance
  • 2 days off + Annual balance+ Lieu.
  • Profit share-annually.
  • Salary increase after the conversion

Job Requirements

  • Fluency- English C1.
  • Egyptian Nationality is a must.
  • Outside Cairo Residents only
