Job Description
- Own the marketing strategy to maximize the performance of ad spend across paid search, shopping and display advertising channels
- Use performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Testing, testing and more testing
- Executing Affiliate and Inbound strategies
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting with insight and analysis of channel
- performance to be shared across the organization
- Work cross-functionally with, Customer Care, Growth and Engineering teams to market company promotions and support company goals
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience implementing growth strategies via SEM (PPC), Display, and Paid
- Social campaigns, preferably in a e-commerce environment
- Experience with A/B Testing of Ad Copy and/or Landing Pages
- Experience with web analytics tools and methodologies
- Google Adwords Certified
- Proficiency with Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or equivalent discipline
- Creativity and persistence
- Excellent teamwork and project management skills
