Job Description
- Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and follow-up with the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- E-mail, spreadsheets, databases and applications ready to deal.
- Manage and monitor the implementation of the daily administrative systems.
- Registered office expenses, delivery and receipt of the covenant between the delegates and the accounts.
- Organization of work and the dates of interviews and presentations.
- Supervising the organization of appointments for new employees, from advertising, follow up and organize interviews and sometimes training with regard to work.
- Follow-up to attend the delivery staff and receive daily tasks.
- Internet / Office - telesales sales transactions
- Attending conferences, meetings and processing commensurate with the needs of the presentations.
