Job Description

  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Review and assess all maintenance and supply contracts and agreements (Cleaning companies – Security – Office & buffet supplies-and Employee's restaurant).
  • Generate weekly status and improvement reports to the HR & Admin manager
  • Ensure maintaining a health and safety working environment and take all preventive actions immediately whenever needed.
  • Monitor and control all administration expenses 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent User of MS office 
  • Fluent English 
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • Excellent communication skills & Leadership skills
