Job Description
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Review and assess all maintenance and supply contracts and agreements (Cleaning companies – Security – Office & buffet supplies-and Employee's restaurant).
- Generate weekly status and improvement reports to the HR & Admin manager
- Ensure maintaining a health and safety working environment and take all preventive actions immediately whenever needed.
- Monitor and control all administration expenses
