Job Description
- Manage all production areas, ensuring staff are appropriately trained, including food hygiene and health and safety standards.
- Ensure that there are sufficient resources in place to meet planned requirements.
- Calculate and monitor labour productivity against standard for all factory areas, and publish these KPI’s on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Drive factory improvements to improve labour productivity and reduce direct labour costs.

- Previous experience in chocolate and food production
- Experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
- Ability to build and lead teams

- Experience in same field from 8-10 years
