Job Description
- Responsible of internal communication activities (responding to hotline, email and face to face inquiries)
- Search, receive and negotiate staff benefits offers and to all company employees.
- Review and approve any internal emails and announcements sent to large groups
- Handling staff complaints and communication problems
- Create and coordinate employee events and engagement programs following annual calendar
- Perform internal satisfaction survey and plan actions according to feedback
- Align staff with company values, updates and news
- Manage company’s social media channels and respond to inquiries
- Develop and manage staff motivation programs and contests
- Manage newcomers orientations and announcements
