About the Job
  • Responsible of internal communication activities (responding to hotline, email and face to face inquiries)
  • Search, receive and negotiate staff benefits offers and to all company employees.
  • Review and approve any internal emails and announcements sent to large groups
  • Handling staff complaints and communication problems
  • Create and coordinate employee events and engagement programs following annual calendar
  • Perform internal satisfaction survey and plan actions according to feedback
  • Align staff with company values, updates and news
  • Manage company’s social media channels and respond to inquiries
  • Develop and manage staff motivation programs and contests
  • Manage newcomers orientations and announcements
