Job Description
2 positions available in our Heliopolis branch
This position will be responsible for the in & out communication of the branch and all the logistics required to efficiently run the branch so that our students and trainers will have a pleasant experience, to do so you will also be required to manage/supervise other positions.
- Handling all the administration work at the office
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Manage office boy and messenger
- Respond to incoming calls and Email from clients (Arabic and English)
- Greeting visitors and handle registrations
- Answering face-to-face inquiries and providing information when required
- Cash handling experience is an asset
- Order office supply
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint presentation
- Create client files and organize internal office files
Job Details
- ( Morning & Night Shifts to be rotational )
- Morning Shift : 9:00AM - 5:00M
- Evening Shift : 2:00PM - 10:00PM
