Job Description

2 positions available in our Heliopolis branch


This position will be responsible for the in & out communication of the branch and all the logistics required to efficiently run the branch so that our students and trainers will have a pleasant experience, to do so you will also be required to manage/supervise other positions.

  • Handling all the administration work at the office
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Manage office boy and messenger
  • Respond to incoming calls and Email from clients (Arabic and English)
  • Greeting visitors and handle registrations
  • Answering face-to-face inquiries and providing information when required
  • Cash handling experience is an asset 
  • Order office supply
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint presentation
  • Create client files and organize internal office files

Job Details

  • ( Morning & Night Shifts to be rotational ) 
  • Morning Shift : 9:00AM - 5:00M
  • Evening Shift : 2:00PM - 10:00PM 

Job Requirements

  • Female
  • College degree
  • Age under 35
  • Excellent commend of English both written and spoken
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams and supervise others
  • Good computer skills
