About the Job
  • Required Commercial Director Assistant for leading import & export company located in Obour City
  • Collect, Prepare & distribute periodical relevant commercial information.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, reports, Letters and Maintain updated all document related to various requests from Commercial Team.
  • Preparing commercial reports, presentations and other correspondence for commercial director Handles shipments of goods
  • Support the commercial director in his projects, proposals, bids, etc. through research, and consultation.
  • Follow up Email monitoring and actions
  • Research and information gathering
  • Extensive research using the internet, publications and other various resources -
  • Handle all confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality throughout
  • Any other duties commensurate with the accountability of the post.
Job Requirements
  • Fluent English.
  • Lives near Obour city area are a must
    Hard worker, fast learner
  • Experience 1-2 year in logistic and administration field 
  • Very good Microsoft office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)  
  • Able to learn and assist others with new tasks and systems
