- Manage and maintain executive schedules,appointments and travel arrangements
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Prepare reports ,memos , letters and other documents.
- Make and follow up the CEO Expenses.
- Interact with incoming visitor(Client - consultants) besides handling their expenses.
- Full responsibility for filling system.
- Delegated in some routine inquiries such as (attending management meetings and conduct minutes of meetings).
- Managing and following urgent requirements such as (urgent PO,Expenses and signatures)
- Assisting the IT department to update company's website.
- Translation.
Job Requirements
- English language fluency.
- Possess knowledge in MS office package.
- University degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Communication skills
- Information gathering and information monitoring skills.
