Job Description
- Manage the whole recruitment process - from liaising with managers to writing job adverts
- Interviewing and make job offers - up to 30 new recruits per month
- Use various techniques in order to source potential employees (headhunting and networking via Social Media platforms)
- Extensive involvement in contract offers, start dates etc.
- Establishing and implementing new internal recruitment procedures
Job Requirements
- Have a previous experience in offshore account UK
- Fluency English
- Have a background in either HR or recruitment
- Have a dynamic and forward thinking approach to External recruitment
- Able to look at tactically implementing new procedures and proving support and training to other staff members
