Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Planning & Scheduling:

Developing and managing the project’s baseline schedule by the following:

  • Studying all the project documents like BOQ, drawings, and contract, to define the project scope, constraints, and objectives.
  • Brainstorming with the project stakeholders, for information gathering, to reach a realistic schedule.
  • Managing team members if the schedule will be created by group of planners and schedulers for aggressive time line.
  • Using all available tools & techniques to develop the schedule (Primavera P6 & Microsoft Office).
  • Preparation of Execution Plan Presentations.
  • Preparation and Generating of All Periodic Reports and Tracking Sheets.
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting the current project status against the baseline schedule.
  • Preparation of Separate Procurement & Engineering Schedules.
  1. Monitor & Control:
  • Generating all periodic types of reports (Progress Reports, Trend Analysis, Delay Analysis, Look-Ahead, … Etc.).
  • Generating periodic client invoices.
  • Performing progress presentations.
  • Developing recovery schedules in case of project delay.
  • Developing revised schedule in case of change orders.
  • EOT analysis and justification reports.
  1. Cost Control:

•     Cost breakdown & estimation of BOQ items.

•     Review and approval of issued purchase orders to assigned budget.

•     Periodic actual cost reports, indicating the estimate to complete and estimate at completion costs.

•     Periodic reporting and controls of projects overhead and profits.

•     Forecasted cash flow for the company.

•     Change management, through variation orders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 7 Years in Experience.
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in Site.
  • Technical and practical knowledge of all disciplines
  • Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong English capability.
