Job Description
The Accountant will oversee the financial health of Al- Meshkat, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with regulations, and insightful financial planning. The role is critical to supporting the company’s expansion and maintaining the trust of our customers, suppliers, and partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in the retail, perfume, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Familiarity with creating financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- In-depth understanding of local tax regulations.
- Ability to analyze financial data to provide actionable insights.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong ability to maintain accuracy in financial records and reporting.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial data.
- Ability to make sound financial recommendations to management.
- Ability to provide financial support for cross-functional projects, such as product launches or private label initiatives.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role as the company expands.
