Job Description
Leading the technical office department (Owner Side):
- Reviewing and approving technical and material submittals.
- Reviewing design drawings to ensure that they meet the requirements.
- Ensuring that all governmental requirements and approvals are fulfilled.
- Conducting site visits to follow up the progress.
- Attending progress meetings, discussing and suggesting technical proposals.
- Leading and coordinating between different engineering activities such as Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Architectural.
- Highlighting the missing items or conflict in design and integrating final product in the final package.
- Ensuring that all output are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Ensuring project delivery is on time and within budget.
- Taking part in selection process of contractors, consultants and suppliers for projects.
- Reviewing consultant's offer based on the scope of work before proceeding in contracting.
- Monitoring contractors, consultants and suppliers activities.
- Reviewing consultants' invoices to ensure the deliverables meet the scope of work according to the contract.
- Reviewing contractors invoices.
- Managing the cost analysis and cost control of projects.
- Coordinating with other departments: development, marketing, finance and customer relations.
- Participating in technical design clarification and project meetings.
- Maintaining organized and detailed records and documents of all projects.
- Solving technical problems that arise.
- Reviewing all Drawings in all Stages to ensure there is no conflict between the design & Clients contracts drawing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/or Architecture Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian engineering codes.
- Experience Needed: 20+ years.
- To have experience in Real Estate Developers and Consultant Offices.
- Owner-Side experience is a must.
- PMP and PRMG Certificates.
