Job Description

  • Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and present suitable property solutions.
  • Promote and sell residential and investment properties developed and marketed by El Mamlaka Developments.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate offers and close sales transactions in alignment with company policies and client interests.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property listings using CRM tools.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and open houses to expand the client network.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, previous sales or real estate experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work from the office and attend client meetings as required.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving market environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
