Job Description
- Maintaining minimum and maximum stock in warehouses.
- Follow up on the implementation of the sales plan for each item and each warehouse and prepare the necessary periodic reports.
- Make sales forecasts based on actual sales of items.
- Follow up on consumption rates, safety limits, and supplier supply periods and make the necessary updates.
- Ensure the continued activation of the re-order point mechanism (ROP) on the ERP system.
- Follow up and update the movement of items (fast moving - slow moving - non-moving).
- Review purchase orders and audit the required quantities before issuing PRs for purchases.
- Supervise the monthly inventory operations of some goods in a random manner to ensure that the quantities in the warehouse match the quantities in the books.
- Conduct the necessary inventory analyses and provide the management with all the data they request regarding the inventory and its available quantities.
- Submit periodic reports on the problems facing the warehouses such as damage, congestion, and other problems that require management intervention to solve it.
- Follow up inventory operations and extract the results of the inventory.
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of inventory management methods and item movement.
- Full proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel, and dealing with ERP integration systems.
- Ability to measure performance rates and provide recommendations.
- Possess analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
