Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming medical supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and dispatch of items.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with procurement and clinical teams to fulfill supply requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of sensitive and perishable medical items.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions using inventory management systems.
- Implement and follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the development and improvement of warehouse processes and procedures.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or losses to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and organize heavy items as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under urgent or changing priorities.
