Job Description
- Following up with TLs on updates and cases
- Having regular 1:1 meetings for developmental purposes
- Having skip-level meetings with VAs to discuss their goals, concerns, and communication with their team leaders
- Coaching team leaders on leadership skills such as: how to motivate, how to coach, how to give constructive feedback.. Etc.
- Shadow meetings with TLs to evaluate communication and investigate cases
- Follow up with Tls on cases/updates
- Shadow in Tls team meetings to make sure communication is at its best
- Have meetings with Tls for updates to ensure work is flowing smoothly with no issues
- Skip level meetings with VAs to hear their concerns and ways of development
- Create sheets to help ease the TLs work - Coaching sessions with Tls and VAs to improve work experiences
- Provide support & advice for the Tls in their decisions
- Work on personal and teams' development plans
- Follow up on training with the team
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to teach, mentor, and coach
- Positive attitude
- Time management skills
- Ability to delegate when needed
- Ability to provide effective feedback
- Creative and good at creating and implementing systems
