Job Description
- Develop and update detailed project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Review project scope, specifications, and contractual requirements to establish project timelines.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather progress data and update schedules accordingly.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Liaise with project managers and engineers to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare progress reports, lookahead schedules, and updates for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of baseline schedules and change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company and contractual scheduling standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling software
- Extensive experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook Express
- Advanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, as well as recordkeeping practices
- Experience in managing travel bookings and arrangements
- Expertise with keeping stakeholders informed of schedule changes and answering queries
- Ability to coordinate meetings with venue availability
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Scheduling Coordinator
