Job Description
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
- Plan and modify products to meet customer needs dispatch of products if needed
- Regular Follow up customers
- Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
- Work indoor & outdoor
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Suggest optimization measures that will improve work performance
- Help in researching and developing new products
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Report to the head office on activities, market information, and sales forecasts to indicate what has been done and what has been delayed with explanations
- Responsible for an annual target to achieve with his customer segment
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: +2 years of experience.
- At least 1 year of HVAC experience
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Passion for sales is a must
- Excellent in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Excellent communications & negotiation skills
- Work under pressures
- Upbeat, adaptable, punctual, reliable
- Self-motivated
- Preferably Giza Resident (6th Of October, Sheikh Zayed, Mohandessen, Dokki,)
- Presentable
