Job Description

  • IKey Requirements for the main responsibilities:
  • Providing the required information and responding to inquiries about the provided services
  • Registering requests and suggestions
  • Keep records of clients interactions
  • Ensure that the client’s records are kept up to date
  • Write a daily report to show what has been achieved
  • Analyzing clients’ problems and dealing with and resolving complaints

Job Requirements

  • III.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration - English Section or equivalent
  • Training courses in developing inter-personal & intra-personal competencies is a must
  • Fluent in speaking & writing In Arabic and English languages
  • IV.Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience including 1 year in the same position / field
  • Basic knowledge of outsourcing, Human Resources functions and benefits (including medical insurance)
