Job Description
- Create, monitor, and update the time baseline and present a revised schedule with reflected changes and its impact on the planned time and cost, as changes develop.
- Compare the Tender budget rate breakdown (equipment, manpower, and material) with current rates and present changes to the management in a cost control analysis report that entails the planned value (budget) versus actual.
- Draft daily, weekly, and monthly reports to various stakeholders like the client, PM and own manager to report on progress, set targets, and highlight areas of concern.
- Revise the schedule with the client in order to manage and confirm expectations.
- Perform random weekly site checks to ensure proper supplies storage, smooth workflow, and resources to investigate any delays or losses to the project.
- Plan one and two week look ahead activity schedule to the shop-drawing, MEP, and the Procurement teams, evaluate their progress on weekly basis for any corrective actions needed, and present it as a summary in a weekly report to the management and the client.
- Meet and discuss with the project manager the project progress and set weekly progress targets and KPIs to be able to better manager and measure performance.
- Run and present bi-monthly Forecasting analysis of the project’s progress.
Job Requirements
- Civil or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor degree.
- Min 15years in construction is a must.
- Very Good Primavera – P6 “EPPM” is a must.
- Job Location will be at KSA.
- KSA residents with transferable iqama will be preferable.
