Job Description
- Monitors expenses and/or budgets to highlights areas of concern to direct manager
- Researches a wide variety of information requests independently
- Collects, assembles, and summarizes statistics and information from identified sources as directed Prepares charts, graphs, and tables for presentations or inclusion in reports.
- Issues regular reports following established procedures as requested
- Deals with external sources such as customers and suppliers in order to resolve non-routine queries and problems.
- Produces regular and/or ad hoc analyses of information relating to work processed
- Receives, classifies, reconciles, interprets, consolidates, and/or summarizes documents and information
Job Requirements
- Four-year bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience as a business support coordinator .
- Great command of MS Office and Internet Surfing.
- Excellent English Language.
