Job Description

  • In addition to being detailed oriented, organized and innovative, a wedding planner must be an expert in calming the bride and groom, throughout the planning process.
  • Initial consultation with the bride and groom involves discussing budget, color scheme, theme, and other event logistics. 
  • Subsequent pre-wedding duties include consulting on the wedding party attire, ordering the cake, selecting flowers, securing a venue, contracting entertainment, choosing a menu and determining the décor for the ceremony and the reception. Mindful of the budget, a wedding planner negotiates the best possible prices from vendors. And when the day of the wedding arrives, ou will see all of the hard work paying off. 
  • A wedding planner ensures that every detail is realized, as planned. Directing the pace of the wedding and the reception, coordinating the grand entrance at the reception, signaling the first dance and organizing the cutting of the wedding cake are all important duties of the wedding planner. The job of a wedding planner is not complete until the venue is clean, wedding gifts are loaded onto the assigned vehicle, and the last guest walks out the door.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience administrative role
  • Hotel background is not a must
  • Egyptian Or Foreigner nationality is applicable
  • Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
  • In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Degree in business administration or relative field
