Job Description
Our client a Large Multinational Firm operating in the Medical / Health Care is seeking a commercial director , With a proven Track record in Health Care Field, to manage a Huge commercial Agenda with Large No of Medical outlets
Responsibilities:
- Plans Yearly and strategic Sales Plan.
- Sets & Monitors all related sales activities KPI’s
- Ensures meeting Sales Targets in all different segments (Labs & Scan)
- Works on being the Brand ambassador while keeping a continuous relationship with all clients network
- Continuously works on introducing loyalty programs to all targeted segments along with the Marketing
- Increases the Brand portfolio while continuously working on knowing the market needs and coordinates it with the mega lab and other related functions
- Works on Increasing Brand market share penetration in different segments
- Introduces new Sales tracking systems and mechanisms
- Presents reports and analysis covering sales activities.
Job Requirements
- Exp. At least 15-20 years of Solid track record in in commercial Area (Sales / Marketing)
- Medical Education Prefered
- Previous Experience fields / Healthcare, Medical, FMCG’s
- Strong Leadership skills / Managing Large commercial Agenda
- Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken)
