Job Description

  • Gain and maintain new customers.
  • Strategizing, Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

 

  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
  • Maintaining and updating sales, and business development documentation.
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
  • Collaborating with management on identifying sales goals & KPI’s.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Assist in finding prospects and leads.
  • Identify new sales opportunities. 
  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell.
  • Provide customer support when needed.
  • Learn new product and services features and benefits.
  • Provide professional after-sales support. 
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales KPIs (visits, opportunities, leads, new accounts etc.…
  • Achieve ACP targets.
  • Creating regional sales plans.
  • Establishing sales objectives.
  • Suggesting new sales techniques.
  • Promoting the company products and services
  • Documenting the sales process and closing.
  • Creating proposals and presentation material.
  • Handle management tasks & support the team with other responsibilities as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives and targets. 

 

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 Years Experience Related to international Companies.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent in Presentation & Proposal writing skills.
  • Ability to sell value and create credibility with high integrity.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in creating, managing, and growing sales teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-driven and result oriented.
Excellent communication with international Companies.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Public Relations or similar field.
