Job Description
- Process orders for supply, inquiries, requests via email or phone and upload duly on time each order so that the Sales force and other responsible Departments for processing to be timely updated for pending orders.
- Process and management of deliveries.
- Check the availability for requests for delivery and responsible for the accurate data input of the orders based on customers requests.
- Issuing documents for advance payments and coordinates with other Departments data received from customers regarding payments.
- Communicate with other involved Departments pending issues, addressing glitches, back-orders, and any product and delivery conflicts.
- Coordinate the process of sales orders processing between the involved Departments;
- Organize workflow to meet customer time-frames.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Chemistry or any related field.
- Previous experience on a similar position is a plus;
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a plus;
- Customer oriented person with ability to articulate details in a professional manner;
