Job Description
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing day-to-day operations.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and partners, handling calls and emails professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for team members.
- Create, organize, and maintain files and records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in the same role
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in English is a must & French is a plus .
