Job Description

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Research and creates presentations
  • Generate reports
  • Handle & Follow-up multiple projects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 1 : 5 years of Experiences.
  • Perfect command of English Language.
  • Excellent Computer skills especially Microsoft Office Package & High Internet Browsing Skills.
  • High Follow-Up Skills.
  • Alert.
  • Strong Personality & Able to dealing with different types of people.
  • Organization & Time Management Skills & Ability to Multi-task.
  • Nearby residence is preferable.
