Job Description
- Develop innovative and creative design concepts for the projects, considering client requirements, site conditions, and project objectives.
- Organizes own and work to achieve set deadlines.
- Assist the client, understand needs, clarify requirements & data given.
- Handling clients over through meetings, presenting the proposed designs, discussing and fulfilling the client’s comments.
- Creating conceptual sketches according to the project’s specifications.
- Preparing and revising 2D drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other details.
- Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, fostering their professional growth, and serve as a role model in design excellence and leadership.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies.
- Responsible for the completeness & accuracy of own work.
- Prepares designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, working drawings, develops details, develops specifications.
- Responsible for the preparation and compilation of presentations and reports.
- Making presentation internally or to clients when required.
- Coordinate with other disciplines involved in the urban development process in the project, making sure there are no conflicts between different disciplines.
- Preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates for the landscape different elements.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Urban & Landscape Architecture.
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Very good English spoken and written.
- Revit, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, Vray & AutoCAD (must).
- Microsoft office, Lumion , Sketchup & Adobe InDesign (Preferred).
- Animation, Rhino & Grasshopper (Optional).
- Good experience in following, studying and understanding related codes.
- Portfolio showcasing professional design projects.
