Job Description
Responsibilities to different departments:
- Management of the Moderation process (Cardiff).
- Management of meetings and presentations.
- Management of the evaluation of teachers.
- Managing the MYP calendar.
- Management of the MYP budget.
- Management of Orders and Quota.
- Management of recruitment procedures.
- Organization of vocational training.
- Management of the procedure of the follow-up of the teachers.
In addition, she/he will assume other responsibilities concerning:
- Management of government reviews and classroom photo procedure.
- Time management.
- Management of the electronic office (student lists and options).
- Managing Work of Class Delegates.
- Management of Catch-ups and Holiday Duties.
- Management of teacher absences and delays.
- Management of all administrative procedures
- Organization of school trips.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Proficiency in computer tools (internet, mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
