New castle for Real Estate is seeking to recruit Sales Agent.
New Castle Egypt is a Real Estate Consultancy, & real estate Brokerage company a partner of the largest real estate development company in the Middle East, is looking for young graduates who are qualified to work in the Business Development Department as a "Real Estate Sales Agent".
- Handle all customers segmentation to maximize company sales.
- Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Understand the customer requirements.
- Record the customer personal information accurately in a computer system.
- Deal with complains doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.
- Marketing Company Projects through different tools
Job Requirements
- Sales Executive to work with a fixed salary, in addition to a commission for each sale.
- Working Hours from 10 AM to 6 PM.
- Providing a customer base.
Qualifications.
- Experience in the field of sales in Real Estate Brokerage companies 1-3 years.
- Dealing with customers.
- Basic knowledge of social media networks, and how to benefit from it in real estate development.
- Age not exceeding 30 years
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Owning a car is a must.
- Good computer skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Presentable.
