Job Description

*Technical office Manager responsibilities:*
Review and approve shop drawings to ensure compliance with design drawings.
Prepare detailed execution drawings and handle required modifications.
Monitor changes to the design and ensure the drawings are updated accordingly.
Accurately calculate quantities for concrete and finishing works and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Verify quantities to ensure alignment with the project's technical specifications.
Review and prepare contractors' payment certificates.
Ensure work complies with project specifications and contract conditions.
Review and adhere to engineering codes and required standards.
Coordinate with consultants for approvals of materials and designs.
Lead and guide the technical office engineers and staff.
Coordinate with site engineers to ensure work follows the technical plans.
Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Study and approve materials used in finishing, such as paints, flooring, ceilings, etc.
Oversee testing of concrete and materials to ensure quality compliance.
Submit material submittals for consultant approval.
Prepare periodic reports on project progress and submit them to senior management.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to address any issues.
Provide feedback and recommend corrective actions for technical observations.
