Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company.

- Identify new business opportunities and innovative strategies.

- Promote a business, product, or service.

- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.

- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support

- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.

- Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff.

- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services

- Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies

- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns

- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies

- Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks

- Analyze data to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.

- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

- Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.

Required Skills:

- Strategic Marketing Understanding: Ability to develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's objectives.

- Team Management: Leading, guiding, and developing the marketing team's skills.

- Marketing Analysis: Analyzing data and reports to refine marketing strategies.

- Budgeting Skills: Managing the marketing budget to ensure the best return on investment.

- Consumer Behavior Analysis: Understanding customer behaviors and preferences to tailor marketing strategies.

- Digital Marketing: Experience in online marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.

- Communication Skills: Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

- MSc or MBA in marketing, business, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in senior marketing roles.

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Proven experience in:

Identifying target audiences.

Creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate audiences.

Solid knowledge of analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics, Similar web, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Mailchimp, Net Insight, Google Ads, Meta, Omniture, and WebTrends.

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

Numerically literate and comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
