Job Description
- Implement and manage public relations strategies and Managing Public Relations Agency strategies and workflow.
- Management budgets, reports & analysis.
- Management of scheduling assignments, monitoring, coordinating workflow for all team members including third-party agencies.
- Creating and monitoring deadlines, workflow systems, policies, and procedures.
- Contribution in the automation and database management.
- Manage the operations with the Digital agencies and contribute in The lead generation process.
- Manage the operations communication with suppliers.
- Manage all Internal communication for the department
- Design and plan digital media campaigns aligned with business goals with our agency
- Coordinate and implement the creation of digital content (e.g.website,blogs, press releases and podcasts)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Monitor Digital and E-commerce activities ROI and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments (OOH and TV) with the designated agencies.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews and issuing press releases.
- Managing sponsorships and other partnerships
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of English and Arabic Language
- Excellent project management skills to manage own project and tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
