Job Description
- To manage all aspects of the Branch, as a member of the middle management team, ensuring quantity, quality and flow of production, presentation of product, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene and high quality customer service.
- To demonstrate leadership and motivational qualities to achieve the company goals and objectives in delivering its vision
- To set an example to staff in regards to the company standards of professionalism, behaviours and output
- To plan the Branch’s activities to achieve targets
- To ensure the image of the company is positively projected at all times
- To contribute ideas to the company strategic development
- To be responsible for Health & Safety within the Branch
- To meet or exceed targets through the management of the Branch staff

- Manage the day - to - day activities of the Branch
- Develop staff to achieve their potential, through support and challenge
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the Branch in accordance with opening hours
- Oversee the stock levels, through planning, ordering, monitoring by weekly stock-take, within the Branch
- Oversee the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring stock rotation
- Manage customer concerns and complaints in accordance with the company procedures
Job Requirements
- Holding Bachelor degree
- Proven branch management experience – min 7+ years (Pastry industry is an asset).
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven and customer focused
