Job Description
- Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures
- Will be responsible for delivering property projects on time, to budget and to the required standard, specifically managing suppliers and fit-out contractors, ensuring proposals, plans, layouts and finished property meet the requirements of the designers he will also oversee the project teams to maintain the store opening schedule
- Able to come new contracting companies to find the highest quality and best price to work in Shop (Kazyoun) New Branches.
- Modified the design of the new branches to facilitate the employee's work inside the branch and meet his needs such as Like acrylic on the cache center.
- Adjusted some materials in the new branches to reduce the cost.
- Visit new branches during implementation to reach the highest quality and execute the branch without errors.
- Solved maintenance notes for the highest quality and fastest time of the branches.
- Solved all the urgent problems as soon as possible.
- Searching for new technicians due to the increase in the number of new branches.
- Reducing the cost of implementing the branches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering subject (preferably architecture) from an accredited university
- Total of 3 years' experience in architectural and interior designing and site supervision
- Minimum 3 years' retail fit-out experience
