Title: Oracle ERP Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia , Macca
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle ERP Manager is responsible for managing the Oracle EBS suite, functional and technical development and support activities.
Oracle ERP Manager will assume responsibility for the production of all Oracle EBS related modules and interfaces required by the business to support client's business requirements.
Provide guidance / mentoring to staff to raise their competencies.
Oracle ERP Manager Coordinate's development of integration activities internally within EBS and with other business applications.
Provide operational support for day to day processing and focal point for questions related to Oracle EBS systems and integration points
Job Requirements
• Manage the entire life cycle of Global ERP implementation for Finance, Human Resources, and Procurement systems replacing legacy environment.

• Implement qualitative measure of performance – Metrics, Performance Measures.
• ROI Analysis, Budget Management
• Support the needs to line management with enhanced automation and system capabilities.
• Project(s) delivery to customer satisfaction and project deliverables.
• Define the scope, timeline and deliverable for system projects.
• Manage global ERP functional analysts (Project Team).
• Coordinate requirements/progress with in-house IT Development Team.
• Report on Project Performance, Metrics, Progress, etc. in a Steering Committee format.
• Define project timeline, project plans and monitor deliverables to project deadlines.
• Ensure that global standards are maintained in worldwide system implementation.
• Drive standardized business processes among Finance, HR and Procurement systems/functions to simplify business processes.
Reporting
• Reports to the VP of St. & IT Sector
• Direct Reports include ERP techno functional specialists, programmer analysts, etc.
• Will provide direction to business analysts, solution designers, technical specialists and developers as part of the implementation of the set of capabilities
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Oracle ERP Manager should have 10+ years of experience in Information Technology. Significant ERP large-project implementation experience, preferably with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.2 (EBS) and should have experience in managing a team of local resources, providing function, technical and individual development support also understanding of Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable and HR business process.
• PMP and/or equivalent project management certification, preferred.
• Individual should be business oriented, self-motivated, inquisitive and highly creative.
• Requires excellent PC skills (MS Office with MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio) and overall systems knowledge.
• Must be detail orientated.
• Must be customer focused.
• Demonstrated ability to manage global budgets/analysis/track/manage expenditures.
• Ability to be broad thinking and strategic as well as tactical and detail-oriented.
• Self-directed, energetic, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to work/interact with senior managers and staff level personnel.
• Demonstrated ability in the art of influence/change management.
• Experience with large-scale systems implementations utilizing both waterfall and agile project management frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of merchandising systems and processes for global retail companies.
• Deep knowledge of systems design best practices and technical platforms supporting the Oracle EBS modules
• Proficiency and experience with integration and database technologies and programming languages.
• Strong blend of hands on analytical, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills in a highly complex and fast-paced environment.
• Well versed in conference room pilots and prototyping.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into solution requirements, identifying non-functional system requirements and ensuring solutions meet those requirements.
• Ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams including third party system integrators and Oracle Consulting Services.
• Self-driven with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple streams of work. Employment Type Full-Time
